These terms govern your use of the Anjuta Software website (anjuta.com) and our apps, NChart3D, Kiosk RDP and Flexiglass. By using them, you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
Plain language, no surprises. We keep these terms short and readable. Where the law gives you rights that a term here would take away, the law wins.
01 Who we are
Anjuta Software provides this website and the software described on it. You can reach us any time at info@anjuta.com with a question about these terms.
02 Using the website
anjuta.com is a plain, static site offered for information. You may browse and link to it. You may not misuse it — for example, by attempting to break its security, disrupt its availability, or use it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
03 Licence to use our apps
Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use NChart3D, Kiosk RDP, and Flexiglass for their intended purpose. Any separate written licence agreement for a product takes precedence over this section for that product.
- Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where the law expressly permits it.
- Don't remove or alter proprietary notices.
- Don't resell, sublicense, or redistribute the software except as we permit in writing.
04 NChart3D
NChart3D is a charting library you embed in your own applications. You are responsible for the apps you build with it, for the data you feed it, and for complying with the terms of the platforms you ship on. Commercial use may require a purchased licence as described at the point of sale.
05 Kiosk RDP
Kiosk RDP connects your device to a point-of-sale server that you operate, over the RDP protocol. You are responsible for that server, its credentials, its security, and for the lawful operation of your point-of-sale environment.
- You must have the right to access any server you connect the app to.
- You are responsible for securing the devices you deploy and the master password that gates their settings.
- The connection runs directly between your device and your server; we are not a party to it.
06 Flexiglass
Flexiglass is a window-management utility for macOS. It runs on your Mac and rearranges your windows locally; it does not send your data to us. If you obtain it through the App Store, your purchase, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
07 Your content and data
We claim no ownership of the data you process with our software. What you enter, connect to, or render stays yours. How we handle the little data that reaches us is described in our Privacy Policy.
08 Intellectual property
The website, the apps, and their underlying software, design, and trademarks remain the property of Anjuta Software or its licensors. These terms grant you a licence to use them, not any ownership of them.
09 Warranty disclaimer
Our software and website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anjuta Software is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the website or the software. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our products evolve. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
