Anjuta Software builds software that respects the people it serves. This policy explains what we do — and mostly don't — with your data across our website (anjuta.com) and our apps, NChart3D, Kiosk RDP and Flexiglass.
No analytics. No advertising. No third-party trackers. No cookies for profiling. We don't build a picture of you, and we have nothing to sell to anyone who might want one.
01 Who we are
Anjuta Software, based in Belgrade, Serbia, is the data controller for this website. You can reach us any time at info@anjuta.com with a privacy question or request.
02 The website
anjuta.com is a plain, static site. Browsing it does not require an account and sets no tracking cookies. Our host records standard server logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, user agent) for a short period, solely to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
03 When you contact us
If you email us or send an inquiry through a form, we receive the details you choose to give — typically your name, email address, and message. We use them only to reply and to follow up on your request.
- We do not add you to any marketing list.
- We do not share your details with third parties.
- We keep the correspondence only as long as needed to help you, then delete it.
04 NChart3D
NChart3D is a charting library that developers embed in their own apps. It runs on the device, renders the data the host app gives it, and does not phone home to us. Anjuta Software receives no data from apps that use NChart3D.
05 Kiosk RDP
Kiosk RDP connects a phone or tablet directly to a point-of-sale server that you operate, over the RDP protocol. The connection is between your device and your server — it does not pass through Anjuta Software.
- The host addresses, credentials, and settings you enter are stored on the device so the terminal can reconnect. They are not transmitted to us.
- Barcode and card scans are typed straight into your POS session. We neither see nor store them.
- The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
06 Flexiglass
Flexiglass is a window-management utility that runs entirely on your Mac. It moves, resizes, and arranges your windows locally and does not phone home to us.
- Your preferences, shortcuts, and gesture settings are stored on your Mac. They are not transmitted to us.
- The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
- If you buy Flexiglass through the App Store, your purchase is handled by Apple; we do not receive your payment details.
07 What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not track you across sites or apps. We do not use your information to train models or to profile you for advertising.
08 Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Because we hold so little, most such requests are quick to honour. Write to info@anjuta.com and we'll respond.
09 Children
Our products are made for businesses and developers, not for children, and are not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
10 Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be described in plain language rather than buried in legalese.
